Very bad experience few minutes ago, Had to wait in line for 30 minutes in drive-through for a fries and sprite by the time I got to the window and I complained about it Without any apologies I was told this is how they operate and they have a lot of people in line. When I got my food I thought the lid of my drink was dirty so I asked for another one, when I opened the lid I realized that someone had spit on my drink!!!

Ice cream sundaes here are killer. Having peppermint ice cream with hot fudge is a must during the holidays.

The ice cream can't be beat! I had a small hot fudge sundae with banana nut and coffee ice creams! YUMMO!!!!! My family of 5 all walked out of Braums with ice cream either in a cup, cone or sundae for under $10.00!!! We'll do it again!

Good food like any braums. Quality sausage, good coffee. If you can't eat your burrito immediately, just asked for your burrito not microwaved. Coming from the drive-through by the time you eat it, the edges of the tortilla are hard.

This past summer I decided to try Braum's milk. I went into their store and was pleasantly surprised that the milk was cheaper than other stores. I also decided to try their bread. Even without coupons the bread was pretty cheap. I love rye and a good white bread. There bread was not only cheap, but it was soft and lasted a while. This location is larger than other Braum's. Sometimes the line can be long. And I have to remember that they employ high school students, so sometimes the service is not that great. They also have a pretty large gluten free area. One of my friends was pleasantly surprised to find the selection! I really enjoy running into Braums, getting milk, bread, eggs and butter. I most likely pay less than other places and the ingrediants taste great!

I honestly don't think I've ever been to this Braums where something hasn't been messed up. I wish I was exaggerating. Not sure what the issue is with this place.

Okay so the ice cream is fine. Normal Braums stuff. The staff here have- 90% of the time- just been downright hateful. Some of the worst service I've ever received. It's mostly been teenagers, but age is no excuse for abysmal customer service.

Braums in general is a great place for a quick bite, and of course great ice cream. I even like that they have a little grocery area so I can pick up something I may have forgotten of my grocery list. That being said..... This location is horrible. My family has gone to this location about 8 times in the year and a half we have lived here close by, after every visit we look at each other and say, why did we give it another try? But unlike a cat with 9 lives, this braums only gets 8 tries. The manager lady is rude and unhelpful, she always has a snarky way of answering your question as if you are clueless. The other employees there are kind, but if the manager lady is there, it just seems to be so much worse. The drive through line is always slow and backed up. Cheaper than sonic, but with the managers attitude we will go else where. The braums down the way on Hefner and Rockwell is better.

Not big on there food sometimes but there is still nothing like Braum's ice cream! Just like when i was a kid....totally love it!
